Next September 11, 2026, GEN Roses and the waters of Roses Bay will host a new jet ski competition day. The event is part of the Catalan Jet Ski Championship in the circuit discipline, according to the calendar of the Catalan Motorboating Federation.
Under the name Tramontana Cup – Jet Ski 2026, the competition will bring together riders to take on a buoy circuit where speed is not everything: starts, racing lines, overtaking, and the ability to maintain control of the jet ski through every turn will make the difference.
The venue will be GEN Roses, at the Port Esportiu de Roses, a club with a long-standing connection to motorboating and whose riders have competed in championships in Catalonia, Spain, Europe, and the World. GEN itself even hosted the Jet Ski European Championship in 2015.
For those spending those days in Roses and the Costa Brava, it will be a great opportunity to see up close a discipline we usually know from the recreational side: race-prepared jet skis, riders pushing to the limit, and a circuit in the middle of the bay.
